SolTech Energy's CFO leaves the company during the autumn

Mats Holmfeldt started as CFO in connection with SolTech Energy’s IPO in the spring of 2015 will leave the Company during the autumn of 2019 when a successor is recruited. The parties are planning a continued cooperation in the future but then in project form.

Mats Holmfeldt, CFO, comments:

– It has been a pleasure and an honor to be part of building SolTech into a successful solar energy company with over 25,000 shareholders and a corporate value of about SEK 1.5 billion. The company is now facing an expansive business trip and a planned separate listing of Advanced SolTech Sweden AB (publ) in Q4 2019. In connection with this, it feels right for me to go ahead and invest in other challenges.

Stefan Ölander, CEO, comments:

– I want to thank Mats for a strong effort over the years and look forward to a continued business relationship in other forms. Now, the recruitment of a new CFO starts with a clear acquisition and consolidated accounting profile to match our needs during the coming years’ expansion.
