SolTech Energy Sweden AB publishes the prospectus relating to its new stock issue - May 8, 2015

Subscription Period: May 11 – 27, 2015

The board of directors of SolTech Energy Sweden AB (publ) has drawn up a prospectus by reason of meeting the requirements of the coming new stock issue and the subsequent listing of the Company’s shares, assuming its application is accepted, on First North at Nasdaq Stockholm. The Offer
Against the background of the authority vested them at the general annual meeting of shareholders held on June 16, 2014, SolTech Energy Sweden AB’s board of directors decided, on March 2, 2015, to carry out a new stock issue for a maximum 50 MSEK (“the Offer”). The new stock issue is comprised of 6,250,000 new shares, costing 8 Swedish crowns per share at time of issue. Subscriptions shall be submitted on special notification slips over the period beginning May 11 up to and including May 27, 2015. The board of directors has the right to extend the subscription period.

The board of directors will be applying for listing of the Company’s stock on First North at Nasdaq Stockholm. The projected first trading day of the stock is June 24, 2015

Issue price: 8 Swedish crowns per share
Minimum purchase: 1,000 shares; thereafter in lots of 200
Total number of outstanding shares: 19,277,171
Sum total of newly issued stock: 6,250,000 shares

SolTech Energy develops and sells a solar energy system based on research carried out over several years at Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH- Royal Institute of Technology).
