Stefan Ölander, born 1964

Experience
Stefan is one of the largest investors in SolTech and a board member, serving as Chairman of the Board between 2013 and 2018. Stefan’s background includes having been the director of communications for SEB and Kinnevik. He is also the founder of Rewir, which was Sweden’s leading trademark firm during the first decade of the 2000s. In 2006, Stefan sold Rewir to the Intellecta concern, which is listed on the Stockholm stock exchange. He continued on as CEO of Rewir up until the fall of 2010, as well as holding the position of Board chairman in six of Intellecta’s consulting firms in Sweden and Denmark. In 2011, Stefan invested in Zacco, a leading consulting company within IP (Internet protocol), operational in 5 countries with total sales amounting to approximately 600 MSEK. Today, Stefan is one of the three largest owners of Zacco and sits on its Board of Directors. Over various periods, Stefan has been both CEO and Chairman of the Board of Zacco.

Frederic Telander, born 1964

Chairman of the Board since 2018, Board member since 2007

Experience
Frederic was the CEO of SolTech Energy Sweden AB (publ.) between 2009 and 2018, is the company’s largest single investor and he has also been the Board of Directors’ Chairman between the years 2007 and 2009.
Frederic has always had a strong interest in, and a strong focus on, building construction within the area of environmental compatibility and climate-smart technology – schooled within the family’s construction company, Telac Construcciones SA (which was one the biggest privately owned construction companies in the south of Spain with 300 employees right up until the1990s), and a former partner in EIG Venture Capital Ltd., an investment company with focus centered on making investments within the emerging stages of energy effectivization and clean tech.
During the period spanning 2001 – 2005, Frederic led the expansion of Gas Turbine Efficiency AB (GTE) that increased sales from circa 10 MSEK to over 400 MSEK. During this period he restructured and capitalized the company, recruited key personnel, and negotiated contracts with such customers as: Rolls Royce, Siemens, Pratt & Whitney, Statoil etc. Previously, as the Vice-Chairman of GTE, Frederic had a leading role in carrying out the process of getting the company listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM-list, much the same as he has also led SolTech Energy Sweden AB (publ.) through the process necessary to being listed on First North at Nasdaq, Stockholm.

Göran Starkebo, born 1965

Experience
Göran is a partner at the Carat Advokatbyrå (Law Firm). His special areas of legal expertise are Internet protocol (IP) and Business Law.  Prior to joining Carat, he was a partner at the Nihlmark & Zacharoff Advokatbyrå. Before that, Göran worked for Albihn’s Patent Bureau, with responsibility for the firm’s IP section and was a sought after patent attorney within that area. Göran’s legal background also includes a stint as a Judge with the Svea Court of Appeals and as an attorney within the Ministry of Finance, where he applied his legal skills to the presentation of law proposals. Aside from carrying out his role within the Carat Advokatbyrå, Göron is also a notably sought after advisor within the area of acquisition transactions.

Ninna Engberg, born 1962

Experience
Today, Ninna works in her own business. She has previously worked in a leadership capacity for the Sisyfosgruppen, with focus on business development – and before that, as CEO of Sensori AB, which is listed on the NGM (Nordic Growth Market). Between the tears 2007 and 2014, Ninna worked as CEO of Stockholm Globe Arenas. During this period, she also revealed strong interest in Swedish sports; among other examples, through her securing Stockholm as the location for ice hockey’s World Championship playoffs in 2012 and 2013, and also by becoming a board member of the Swedish Ice Hockey Federation. Ninna has long and comprehensive experience within the media industry, exemplified by her having held a number of management positions within such diverse media firms as TV4, SVT, DN, RTL and MTG radio.
