Stefan Ölander, born 1964

CEO since 2018 and board member since 2011

Experience
Stefan is one of the largest investors in SolTech and a board member, serving as Chairman of the Board between 2013 and 2018. Stefan’s background includes having been the director of communications for SEB and Kinnevik. He is also the founder of Rewir, which was Sweden’s leading trademark firm during the first decade of the 2000s. In 2006, Stefan sold Rewir to the Intellecta concern, which is listed on the Stockholm stock exchange. He continued on as CEO of Rewir up until the fall of 2010, as well as holding the position of Board chairman in six of Intellecta’s consulting firms in Sweden and Denmark. In 2011, Stefan invested in Zacco, a leading consulting company within IP (Internet protocol), operational in 5 countries with total sales amounting to approximately 600 MSEK. Today, Stefan is one of the three largest owners of Zacco and sits on its Board of Directors. Over various periods, Stefan has been both CEO and Chairman of the Board of Zacco.

Mats Holmfeldt, born 1964

CFO since 2015

Experience
Mats has been employed within the area of banking and finance for 25 years, with senior positions and board of director assignments, within – among other financial/banking companies – SEB, Swebank and Intrum Justitia.
Over recent years, Mats has also been engaged as adviser and board member with a number of start-up and innovation-oriented companies within several areas, but mainly within the innovative firms of FinTech and Green Finance. Mats has gained solid business experience by having guided both companies and business related operations in Sweden and internationally – with over 800 employees and 50 billion EURO in balance sheet accounts – to Start-ups, from conception to launch and commercialization.

Education: Includes
Business Administration and National Economics at Stockholm University, and Board of Director’s training with Michael Berglund Board Value.

Sara Klingberg, born 1982

Technical Director since 2015

Experience
Sara has over 10 years experience in technical development. Between 2009 and 2015, she work as a development engineer at SolTech and before that as a technical consultant for Etteplan AB, working on, among other areas, construction, project development and QA in various projects for Scania and Volvo. Sarah heads the development work with strong engagement in the environment and the future of coming generations.

Education
Civil Engineer degree in machine technology, with focus on integrated product development at KTH (Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan: Royal Technical College). In addition to this, Sarah has deepened her specific development knowledge with Svensk Energyutbildning (Swedish Energy Education), as well as Elbranchens Utvecklings och Utbuildningscenter  (roughly: the Electrical field’s Development and Educational Center).

Tommy Danielsson, born 1968

Area Business Manager, since 2018

Experience
Prior to becoming a SolTech Area Business Manager, Tommy worked as SolTech’s Sales Manager between 2014 and 2018.
With 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, of which a large portion was devoted to the sale of B2B internationally, Tommy has experienced the process of taking a company into new geographical markets, and the satisfaction of seeing a healthy growth in sales as a result.

Christer Larsson, born 1977

Area Business Manager since 2018

Experience
Christer has been an employee of the SolTech concern since 2011, partly as a business developer and partly as deputy CEO – and later as CEO – of a formerly wholly-owned subsidiary within the concern, Wasa Rör AB. Before that, Christer was a self-employed business owner in the construction industry, with focus on roof replacement & renovation, as well as overall construction.
